Chengdu truly feels like ‘the home away from home’

I am honestly very proud of myself for stepping outside of my comfort zone and challenging myself to immerse myself into a different culture and society, of course with the help of the g-MEO. I believe that studying abroad allows you to grow in many different ways and on many different levels. Being so far away from home allows one to acquire many independent skills that are necessary for the real world and real-life situations.
I can honestly say that my expectations were surpassed. I love China and plan on coming back as often as I can.
