Have you traveled to Chengdu and fallen in love with it? What are your impressions of Chengdu? Chengdu is located in central Sichuan Province. The surrounding Chengdu Plain has been known as the "Country of Heaven" and the "Land of Abundance" since ancient times. Today, Chengdu is one of the most important economic, financial, commercial, transportation, and communication centers in Western China. Its economy is diverse, characterized by the machinery, automobile, medicine, food, and information technology industries.

What makes Chengdu so special? Is it the tasty Sichuan cuisine? The historical Chinese architecture? Friendly and welcoming locals? Pandas? Or the glamourous city view? In this short video contest, Best Reasons to Visit Chengdu, G-MEO and Chengdu TV Station (CDTV), invite you to share your experiences and what you believe are the most attractive elements of Chengdu.

  • First Prize: $500
  • Second Prize: $200
  • Third Prize: $50
• - Winner Announcement: January 15th, 2021

• 3. Send a copy of your video to info@g-meo.com (video resolution above 1080p) Feel free to submit your video through WeTransfer to protect your file from damage

• - Please make sure your video's resolution is above 1080p
• - You don't need to physically be in Chengdu right now
• - G-MEO and CDTV will have the right to use and edit the submission videos for promotional purposes

• Our panel of judges consists of members of CDTV's World Panda Project team. They will choose the winning entry based on how well it exemplifies the entry requirements, the number of views collected from the post, and video editing skills.
